Cease to dwell pessimistically upon the wrongs around you; dwell no more in complaints about, and revolt against, the evil in others, and commence to live free from all wrong and evil yourself. Peace of mind, pure religion, and true reform lie this way. If you would have others true, be true; if you would have the world emancipated from misery and sin, emancipate yourself; if you would have your home and your surroundings happy, be happy. You can transform everything around you if you will transform yourself. _”Don’t bewail and bemoan…..Don’t waste yourself in rejection, nor bark against the bad, but chant the beauties of the good.” _
And this you will naturally and spontaneously do as you realise the good in yourself.

A New York City man who calls himself an anarchist has been arrested for using Twitter to send “tweets” to protesters about where police officers were located during the G-20 summit.
Elliot Madison was arrested and charged with hindering prosecution by disclosing the location of the police on September 24-25 during the G-20 summit. Madison was arrested on the first day of the summit, but the arrest was not reported until Saturday in the New York Post.
The criminal complaint states that police arrested Madison at a local Pittsburgh hotel after being tipped off. They found computers, maps, police scanners and telecommunications equipment in the room. Madison used the Internet, Twitter and his cell phone to communicate with the protesters.
Madison’s attorney has asked a federal judge to not allow authorities to examine the evidence taken from Madison’s home by FBI agents on Saturday. His attorney believes the search was illegal and Madison’s First Amendment rights were violated. The judge issued a temporary order to stop investigators from examining the items taken from Madison’s home.

While looking through my webserver traffic logs, I found I have been getting traffic from a site called oneriot. I could not resist but to go and see for myself what was going on over there. I’m glad I did. This site is awesome, and I hope it makes it big. A real time search of popular social media outlets such as twitter and digg. Their slogan is “what’s happening on the web in real time”. It even reminds you to refresh when new entries are available. Awesome site. http://www.oneriot.com/

Well, kind of. I found a place where you can give other twitter users a thumbs up or thumbs down. It doesn’t appear too many people know about this site just yet. I’m trying to help with that. I can see where this could be a very good thing if enough of us use it properly. Here is the link .
Please RT this if you like it.
